WARNING: The following contains sarcasm and sassiness. If not, I have probably been hacked.
Finishing off my Bachelor's and Master's degree I thought people would start knocking at my door offering me jobs, I couldn't be more wrong. It took me more than 5 months to finally find not a job, but an internship. Did I mention it's not a full-time paid job? I'm not complaining though because it gives me time to work on other projects like this blog and my singing (in case your lazy ass didn't click on the mic button in the homepage, I sing and have a youtube channel).
What was I doing during those five unemployed months you ask? I was traveling around the world, trying to take advantage of the little free time I had before becoming a full on working girl boss.
Another cliche is coming your way get ready: I love to travel, I am struck by wanderlust always and forever. In a way, I love to travel because I get bored very easily and want to get out of my routine but the real reason is: I travel for the food. Instead of planning my trips around museums, monuments etc, I plan them around restaurants. When I was younger though and I used to go on family trips, I was forced to go to museums and churches and zoos because well I was kid and didn't yet master the art of google and the likes. It's only until 2 years ago that I took over my mom's amazing planning skills (shoutout to la mama) and decided to organize our trip to NYC that revolved around food (post coming soon, keep an eye out).
During those five unemployed month, I travelled around 4 different continents, if you count the Middle east as one (I know I do). I am not gonna list all the places I've been to because I wouldn't want to make you guys jealous but I will give you a hint: I was in a world of sun, food and booze while my friends were in a world of snow, heaters and soup.
I can definitely say I've gone on the best trips in my short and gluttonous life. I've been all around Europe, Ive been to the Maldives (no I am not married it was a volunteering trip), I've been to North America and Central America. I can fairly say that I'm:

Thanks mom and dad for funding my trips, I couldn't have gone without your dolla dolla bills y'all.
So this post is to get you ready to the myriad of travel posts coming your way. If you're expecting me to tell you what monument you should go see and what museum you should go visit, I ask you gently to get lost and close this page. You will only see pictures of food and the occasional picture of a magical landscape/scenery that my Iphone was able to capture beautifully. So go forth and click on those pins you see on the map and join me in gaining 2-3 pounds per trip.
